HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?
-Please send an email to info@yourdfsplaybook.com and we will assist with an upgrade request.


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
-Although we would hate to see you leave, we understand there are reasons to cancel. Please email info@yourdfsplaybook.com and we will assist with your cancellation request.


WHEN ARE PLAYBOOKS COMPLETED?
-​For most sports, the Playbook is completed 1 hour prior to lock time. Each Playbook is subject to change as news breaks.


WHEN ARE TEMPLATES COMPLETED?
​-Templates are completed at latest, 30 minutes prior to lock. As with Playbooks things can change in a hurry depending on news.
